What to expect
Virtual Operations
- Most of our client interviews are done via email and/or phone conversations, which could be text or call. Who has time for in-person meetings? However, we will make accommodations on an as needed basis.
- Our clients can submit documents electronically via our secure portals. Security is very important to us, and it should be for you too! If necessary, we do accept dropped off documents.
Honesty & Reliability
- No one knows all the tax laws and accounting rules. If they claim to, they are lying! BUT we do have the resources and knowledge to figure it out for you! We find the exceptions and the exceptions to the exception! It's complicated! If someone tells you it's easy, they're wrong!
- We take pride in helping our clients succeed! When you grow, we get to grow with you! We don't like to think of you as a client, we consider you part of the team! If you don't understand something we encourage you to ask questions! Let's work together!
Due Diligence & Confidentiality
- In order for us to help you , we require certain documents and information. We cannot accurately keep your books or prepare your tax returns without the proper information. We expect you to cooperate in the process and provide to us what is necessary.
- We need you to communicate to us all of your concerns so that we can accurately and properly proceed. We will let you know what your options are, and any consequences associated with those decisions. The decision is ultimately and always yours to make!
